Redodo offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below, as well as free DPD shipping on most of our products. All items eligible for free shipping are listed on the product page. After you place your order, we will ship your order within one business day. The shipping times refer to working days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays and weekends.
We currently have two warehouses in Germany. The estimated shipping time for different areas can be seen in the figure below. (Influenced by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery).
In Germany, the shipping time is usually 2-4 working days delivered by DPD. For EU address, it would be delivered in 4 to 8 business days.

01 SHIPMENTS CANNOT BE REDIRCED ONCE A PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
02 REPLACEMENT SHIPMENT
All orders requiring a replacement due to shipping error or damage in transit will be shipped by ground mail. Replacement orders cannot be shipped via expedited shipping unless the customer is willing to pay for expedited shipping, which may be noted in Content 1.
03 ALL ORDERS MUST COME WITH A VALID
HAVE STREET/RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AS IT CANNOT BE SENT TO P.O.BOXES.
