We have a 30-day return policy, i. H. You have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at service.de@redodopower.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping costs for returning the products will be borne by Redodo or the customer in the following cases.
1. Redodo will cover the return shipping costs if the reason for the return was a result of OUR error. Examples of such cases can be:
The item was delivered defective and cannot be repaired with a spare part.
We sent the wrong item.
We sent it to the wrong address.
We shipped a duplicate order.
The item did not work during the 30-day return period. (The customer should install and operate the item properly according to the instructions in the product manual).
2. If the customer bears the cost of return
In the case of return due to customer error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and the shipping cost is borne by the customer. Fees vary by region.
Redodo will provide the customer with the pre-paid return label and the shipping cost to return the products will be deducted from the refund.
It is important to note that for any order that comes with special If shipping costs are offered, our actual shipping costs will be deducted for shipping.
