warranty policy
We provide a 5-year warranty against poor performance of battery products when used correctly and in accordance with the instructions in the product manual. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the user.
Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery correctly according to the instructions in the manual.
# If our product does not work normally, the consumer can help us to carry out all battery tests supported and both parties confirm that the product has quality problems, we will send a new replacement battery, the defective battery needs to be returned to our Germany warehouse with the return label we have prepared, and will be checked and tested by our technical team.
Notes:
1. We offer 3 years warranty for the 12V 10Ah and 12V 12Ah batteries (Temporarily unavailable for sale).
2. We grant 2 years warranty for the LiFePO4 battery chargers.
