repair or replacement

Redodo will repair, at its own expense, any Redodo product that malfunctions during the applicable warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect. For any product that cannot be repaired, Redodo will provide a free replacement of the same or an equivalent model, as agreed upon by both parties.

A 30-day repair/replacement warranty is provided from the date the repaired/replaced product is received. Repaired/replaced products are covered by either the original warranty period or the repair warranty, whichever period ends later.

Spare parts may be refurbished parts; however, they are functionally equivalent to the original item.

30-day return policy

Redodo covers the shipping costs for returns due to the following reasons: defective product, delayed shipping, or damaged packaging. For returns for all other reasons, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement and refund policy

Redodo provides a replacement for every defective product. If a customer insists on a return and refund due to special circumstances, the following conditions apply:

After 12 months	Pro-rata refund (a monthly depreciation fee will be deducted).

Calculation of depreciation:

The monthly depreciation fee is calculated as follows:

Monthly deduction = Purchase price ÷ Total warranty months

Order cancellation

The buyer can cancel the order at any time before it is processed. If the order cannot be canceled before processing, the buyer must try to... logistics to contact them and inform them that the package is being refused.

If the refusal of the package is unsuccessful after following the steps mentioned above, the buyer can initiate a return in accordance with Redodo's return and refund policy..

Exclusions and limitations

* Batteries must not be used as backup or primary power sources for life support systems or other medical devices, including for purposes where battery failure could result in personal injury, death, or catastrophic property damage, unless the manufacturer was involved in the system's design and has given its express written approval. Any use of batteries in this manner is solely at the purchaser's risk. To the extent permitted by law, the manufacturer excludes all liability arising from such use. Furthermore, the manufacturer reserves the right to refuse service to batteries used for such purposes and disclaims all liability for any such refusal.

* Appropriate wear rate.

* Use of unauthorized parts or unauthorized modifications to parts, insofar as this is prohibited in the manufacturer's operating manual.

* Defects caused by persons other than the manufacturer, including but not limited to violations of the operating manual, maintenance, installation and commissioning instructions, brochures and agreements provided to the buyer, operation or maintenance of the product by such parties, or installation and commissioning of equipment and materials.

* Vandalism, abuse, or acts of God.

* Items that are expected to be consumed or used up during the routine operation and maintenance of the product.
