Shipping Policy
Redodo offers 3 shipping methods (DPD, DHL and GLS). After you place your order, we will ship it within 1-2 business days. Shipping times refer to business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays and weekends.
We currently have 6 warehouses in Germany and one warehouse in France.
In Germany, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days via DPD, DHL or GLS.
For addresses in the EU (excluding Cyprus, Malta, Ireland), the order would be delivered in 4 to 7 working days via DPD, DHL or GLS.
For Ukrainian orders, the orders are first sent to a German address and delivered to Ukraine by Meest within 10 to 25 working days.

01 Shipping costs
Free shipping for all orders within the EU (excluding Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, Greece).
Additional shipping costs apply to the following regions:
Greek mainland – Shipping costs: €30
Greek Islands – Shipping costs: €300 (This includes the additional costs of the logistics provider)
Switzerland – Shipping costs: €155
Free shipping does not apply to orders to Ukraine. Shipping costs for products to Ukraine depend on the weight of the product and range between €35 and €70.
02 Order acceptance deadline & Shipping time
Order deadline: Before 2 PM (GMT+8)
The timeframe for the delivery of the order is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-2 business days
Shipping time: 2-4 weekdays
03 Collection from our warehouse
If you would like to pick up your order from our warehouse, please contact us here or at service.de@redodopower.com und Please provide the following information:
Full name, telephone number, battery model and quantity, date and time of collection (z.B. 10 a.m. on October 11th)
04 All orders must have a valid residential address, as they cannot be sent to PO boxes.
Orders are not shipped to Cyprus, Malta, or Ireland.
We only ship to Germany and other EU countries. For logistical reasons, we cannot deliver to the following areas.
We do not deliver to:
Cyprus, Malta, Ireland.
Islands: such as the Balearic Islands, Madeira, Canary Islands.

07 Value Added Tax
VAT is included in the product price.
